Flipping It to an International Platform

Chicago-based Elements Global Services has emerged in the past five years in the vanguard of a different kind of PEO. Together with a dozen or so rivals such as Globalization Partners and Velocity Global, Elements has taken the domestic service model and flipped it to an international platform.

For corporate clients—most of them small and medium in size and privately-owned—Elements can expedite foreign expansion, a high priority in an increasingly globalized economy. 

Much of Element's growth is fed by the success of recent globalization strategies, which indicate on average, a company sending a single employee to a new post expands to five people within a year.
