Today’s economy is truly global. A recent CFO magazine survey of senior executives showed 44% planned to hire an employee in a country where they do not have any employees currently. This sort of expansion is terrific on paper, but it can create an unseen problem: How can companies of all sizes effectively set up and manage a global footprint?
